Can it really charge fully in 1 hour?
Yes! 500W AC fast charging (with included adapter) refills 512Wh in 1 hour (0→80% in 45 mins). 200W solar input achievesfull charge in ~2.75h with compatible panels.
What’s the purpose of the EPS (<10ms switchover)?
During power outages, it switches to battery mode in <0.01 seconds, protecting sensitive devices (PCs, NAS, medical equipment) from data loss or damage. Ideal for home/office backup.
Is the 6kg weight portable for outdoor use?

Why is the actual output capacity lower than 512Wh?
512Wh is the battery’s rated capacity. Due to energy conversion losses during charging/discharging, the actual usable output is ≈80-85% (≈410-435Wh). This is normal for all power stations.
Is cable heating during charging normal?
Yes. Slight warmth is expected during high-power charging (tested to comply with international safety standards IEC/UL). Avoid covering cables and ensure ventilation.
Does the product make some noise when used?
When the device is started or used, fans and some inductive devices will operate, resulting in lower sound.
How should we clean the equipment?
Please use a dry, soft, clean cloth or tissue to wipe the product.
How is the device stored?
Please turn off the device and store it in a cool, dry environment. If long-term storage is required, it is recommendedto use the remaining power of the device once every three months and then charge it to the required power for storage,such as 50% power.
